The Queens have been dethroned after just one season.
ABC officially canceled Queens on Friday, after the series failed to build an audience, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The music drama starred Eve, Naturi Naughton, Nadine Velazquez and Brandy as a group of women in their 40s who reunited for an opportunity to relive the fame they had as the Nasty Bi-ches — a popular hip-hop group in the 1990s.
Eve played Brianna aka Professor Sex. Naughton co-starred as Jill aka Da Thrill who founded the group. Velazquez was Valeria aka Butter Pecan and Brandy played Naomi aka Lyrics. The cast also included Taylor Sele as Eric Jones and Pepi Sonuga as Lil Muffin.

The series debuted on Oct. 19. But the season finale in February drew just 1 million viewers and a 0.2 in the adults 18-49 demo, according THR.
The pilot episode was written by Zahir McGhee and directed by Tim Story. Zahir, Story and Sabrina Wind were executive producers. ABC Signature, a part of Disney Television Studios, produced the show. Swizz Beatz served as executive music producer.
Queens wasn’t the only show landing on the cancellation heap Friday.
ABC also canceled Promised Land after one season. The Latinx family drama starred John Ortiz, Christina Ochoa and Bellamy Young.
The story centered on Joe Sandoval (John Ortiz), patriarch of two blended Latino families who ran a successful Sonoma County, California vineyard. The pilot was developed by ABC Entertainment President Craig Erwich and Karey Burke.
It premiered on Jan. 24 on ABC. But the network pulled it from the schedule after the fifth episode aired in February. The last five episodes instead streamed on Hulu, with the season concluding in March.
Promised Land was created by Matt Lopez. Before it was moved over to Hulu, the show was averaging a 0.3 in the 18-49 demo.
