With less than a month to go until President-elect Joe Biden’s inauguration, multiple media outlets report White House staffers closest to President Donald Trump are seeing the high point of his wrath as his days in office tick down.

Former White House staffer and The Apprentice alum Omarosa Manigault Newman said on MSNBC, the president is going into what she calls a “psychotic break.”

“If he calls you into the Oval Office, first of all you’re intimidated by being in the space because you know that that’s where Donald Trump is his most unhinged,” Omarosa said Saturday on Weekends with Alex Witt.

The former administration insider continued by saying Trump’s ego is to blame.

“I think Donald Trump is going through a psychotic episode,” she said. “I think that he has come to terms with his loss, but his arrogance, his ego will not allow him to accept that he is not going to be President come January.”

Omarosa said the country needed a leader during this time, but what it got was a TV host instead.

“The American people need true leadership, not a reality TV host, which Donald Trump is reverting to,” she said.

Omarosa was named as Trump’s assistant to the President and director of communications for the Office of Public Liaison a few weeks before his inauguration in 2017.

She resigned a year into her role on January 20, 2018, and then published a New York Times best-selling book titled “Unhinged: An Insider’s Account of the Trump White House” in which she described Trump as a racist.

  1. Omarosa gets no pass forgiveness here. She sold out the Black community for status and fortune when she took the job to work for Donald “racist” Trump. She’s a trifling heifer.
