NFL wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. and internet comedian Druski are denying they were involved in a 2018 sexual assault allegedly orchestrated by Sean “Diddy” Combs.
Druski, born Drew Desbordes, and Beckham were both named in an amended civil lawsuit filed Friday, March 7, in federal court in Northern California.
In the 87-page amended complaint, a woman named Ashley Parham said she was a victim of battery, rape, false imprisonment and kidnapping at an apartment in the San Francisco suburb of Orinda, California.
Initially filed in October 2024, the amendment now names Druski, Beckham, R&B singer and YouTuber Jacquelyn “Jaguar” Wright, Diddy’s mother Janice Combs, the mogul’s chief of staff Kristina Khorram, and other co-defendants.

Beckham and Druski were referred to in the original complaint as John Does, but have now been named in the updated lawsuit.
The original complaint said Parham met a male friend of Diddy’s at a bar in February 2018, as Urban Hollywood 411 previously reported.
Hoping to impress her, the man made a FaceTime call to the Bad Boy Records founder. During the call, Parham stated that she wasn’t impressed because she thought Diddy was involved in the murder of rapper Tupac Shakur.
“Defendant Diddy heard Plaintiff’s statement and made a remark that Plaintiff would ‘pay’ for her statement regarding Tupac,” the lawsuit stated.
On March 23, 2018, Diddy’s male friend — who has since been identified as Shane Pearce — invited Parham to his apartment to “assist him with his cancer medications because he stated he was weak and unable to open his medications.”
Once Parham arrived at the apartment, she said she was ambushed, doused with drug-laced oil, gang raped, and forcibly penetrated with a plastic syringe and with a TV remote control.
The suit alleged Diddy removed Parham’s clothes at knifepoint and “squirted” a substance all over her body. Parham said the oil was laced with drugs because she started to feel “limp.”
The suit said Diddy’s chief of staff Kristina “KK” Khorram was present and “made a threat to Plaintiff that they could ship her off anywhere in the world and that she would never see her family or anyone she knew ever again.”
Parham accused Diddy of “anally raping” her and allegedly telling others present to assault her as well.
“Defendant Diddy then instructed another Defendant Doe to also rape Plaintiff; Defendant Doe has been determined to be Defendant Druski,” the amendment said.
“Defendant Druski doused Plaintiff with more oil/lubricant and then jumped on top of Plaintiff’s naked and oiled body treating it like a slip and slide and knocking the wind out of Plaintiff due to his enormous size,” the lawsuit stated.
The complaint alleged Druski “began raping Plaintiff vaginally.”
“Defendant Diddy sat in a chair near the bed and began masturbating while recording Plaintiff’s rape by Defendant Druski,” the lawsuit alleged.
Parham said Pearce and Beckham also raped her. At one point, she said some of the defendants allegedly referred to Beckham as “Cornelius.” Beckham’s middle name is Cornelious.
The accuser claimed after the assault, a person identified as “Big Homie CC” showed her footage on his phone of her sister’s home.
“She could see her sister sitting on the couch and her sister’s spouse on the balcony. It looked as if someone was outside the residence streaming this video to Defendant Big Homie CC’s phone,” the suit said.
The lawsuit also claimed Diddy “called his mother” Janice Combs to convince Parham not to go to the police. “Defendant Diddy’s mother yelled at Plaintiff to not hurt her son,” the suit alleged.
In a statement posted to his social media channels on Sunday, Druski said Parham is a liar.
“This allegation is a fabricated lie. I wasn’t a public figure in 2018 — I was broke living with my mom without any connections to the entertainment industry at the time of this allegation, so the inclusion of my name is truly outlandish,” he wrote on X.
“My heart breaks for actual victims of abuse, but I’m fully confident that the evidence will expose this falsehood and the individuals who are maliciously trying to game the legal system to pedal [sic] false narratives,” the YouTuber added.
Beckham replied to Druski’s post, writing: “Boy I’ll tell u what. This world makes absolutely no sense. I am covered by God. He will prevail… That name will be cleared… [this is] stupid.”
In a separate statement, Beckham said he was not in Orinda at the time of the alleged assault.
“I have been informed of the allegations about me in a suit in CA. I really can’t even believe that my name is mentioned in that matter. There is absolutely no truth to those allegations. I do not know and have never met the person that filed the suit,” he said. “I was not anywhere near Orinda, CA, at that time. In fact, I don’t think I have ever been to Orinda, CA. I have never done anything like that, and I would never do anything like that to anyone. I’m confident that these ridiculous claims against me will be dismissed.”
Diddy’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, has previously said the mogul “never” assaulted anyone.
“He looks forward to his day in court when it will become clear that he has never forced anyone to engage in sexual acts against their will,” Agnifilo stated.
Jaguar Wright has not publicly addressed the complaint. However, some of her supporters have taken to social media to say she was jailed in Cook County, Illinois on an unrelated case at the time of the alleged assault.
But on Monday, The Diddy Docket blogger posted a copy of Wright’s booking sheet on X, which showed she was arrested by Chicago police on Jan. 7, 2018 and released on Jan. 10, 2018.
Parham claimed in the lawsuit that the Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Department responded to the neighborhood after the alleged assault become of noise complaints.
The suit said she told a responding officer she had been raped by Diddy and others. But she alleged “the Sheriff did not offer to take Plaintiff home, nor did he call for emergency services including an ambulance, nor any offer to take Plaintiff to the hospital.”
In a statement to USA Today, the sheriff’s office said, “A report was taken on March 23, 2018. We take these cases seriously, and detectives thoroughly investigated the accusations. It was later determined the claims were unfounded.”
Parham is represented by attorneys Shawn R. Perez and Ariel Mitchell.
She is seeking attorneys fees, along with compensatory, consequential, exemplary, and punitive damages to be determined at trial.
