Mariah Carey and Megan Thee Stallion to Headline LA Pride Music Festival

Lambs and Hotties, get ready for Mariah Carey and Megan Thee Stallion to take the stage at the 2023 LA Pride in the Park Festival.

The chart-topping artists are set to headline the annual event at Los Angeles State Historic Park in downtown L.A., organizers announced Tuesday.

The “Hot Girl Summer” rapper will be the main performer on June 9, followed by the “We Belong Together” music icon on June 10.

“Mariah Carey and Megan Thee Stallion are the perfect artists to headline LA Pride in the Park this year as we expand to two days,” Gerald Garth, board president of LA Pride, said in a statement. “These empowering and iconic women are sure to take the stage by storm to celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community.”

Following the announcement, Carey took to twitter to share the news with her fans.

“I’m thrilled and honored to be a part of LA Pride 2023!” she tweeted. “I am happy to be back in-person celebrating with the LGBTQIA+ community here in Southern California and throughout all of the lands!!! Let’s come together to celebrate love, inclusion, and Pride. #ALLOUTWITHPRIDE”

“I can’t wait to headline LA Pride in the Park and celebrate the phenomenal LGBTQIA+ community,” Megan Thee Stallion added in a statement. “This incredible event advocates for diversity, inclusivity and equality, so I’m honored to perform and have a blast with all of the Hotties in attendance.”

Other artists will be announced at a later date.

The two-day concert event will take place in addition to the 53rd annual LA Pride Parade on Sunday, June 11.

Tickets for the festival are on sale now, starting at $69, with the highest priced at $549. They can be purchased at lapride.org.

Christina Aguilera, Anitta and Kim Petras headlined last year’s festival.
