Former Basketball Wives LA star Draya Michele is making major career moves.
The 33-year-old actress will have a recurring role on Star, Fox’s music-themed drama, Deadline reported Thursday.
Star follows three female singers as they try to find success in the competitive music scene of Atlanta. The show — now in its third season — boasts a cast that includes Queen Latifah and Brandy, to name a few.

Michele will play Chloe David, a “sexy and savvy” social media expert who “has a sixth sense for what will catch the public consciousness.”
The former reality star first teased her new gig in September, tweeting: “STAR is coming on tonight …. on FOX !!! Tune in. Look for my character CHLOE DAVID on upcoming episodes.”

Michele’s character will make her debut on Wednesday, Nov. 7, in an episode titled “Ante Up.”
It’s not yet clear how many episodes the Pennsylvania native will star in.
The entertainer earned widespread praise for her role in the 2018 BET original movie, We Belong Together, in which she played a college student obsessed with her professor.
Chris Stokes (Til Death Do Us Part, You Got Served) directed the film, and Charles Malik Whitfield (The Temptations, Behind Enemy Lines) played Michele’s love interest.
Star airs Wednesdays on Fox at 9pm ET.
