The following morning, officers went to Gray’s home, but police said the actor refused to come out and a SWAT team was called in.

Gray, 26, was arrested and booked into the Maricopa County Jail on domestic violence charges.
In June 2019, the actor was arrested and ticketed in Chicago, where Empire filmed, on a misdemeanor vehicle registration charge. Police said he was pulled over while driving without valid license plates, insurance or a driver’s license.
Empire wrapped its sixth and final season in March. The Fox series premiered in 2015.
