In the end everything worked out, but Drew Sidora said her agent advised her not to take a role in Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker’s new Peacock movie, The Pass.
Sunday night on part 1 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta season 15 reunion, Drew said her rep had problems with the pay on the film.
“When the offer came in, my agent passed. But Todd called me and we had a conversation and I said, ‘You know what, because of the bigger purpose and you’re just starting out, I’m gonna do it.’ And I don’t know why that’s not understood or appreciated,” Drew said.

Drew’s previous film credits include White Chicks (2004), Never Die Alone (2004), Step Up (2006), and VH1’s CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story (2013).
Reunion host Andy Cohen reminded Drew about a recent comment she made on RHOA, saying she would only work on projects from “Lifetime and above,” after starring in The Pass.
“I am an actress and I do have a minimum through my union,” Drew said.
Some of the other women whispered that they heard Drew only received $10,000 for The Pass. But Kandi corrected them by saying, “We paid her more than $10,000.”
Drew added that working on the movie was “a lot better than I thought,” even though it was shot in just 10 days.
“That’s really, really, really aggressive, but it was top-tier,” Drew said about the filming schedule. “The food was great, the trailer, the director, the whole crew, it was top-tier, I have to say.”
Drew leads the cast of The Pass as Nina, a busy wife and entrepreneur who gives her husband Maurice (played by Rob Riley) a “pass” — or permission to explore a night of passion outside their marriage.
The thriller from T Tucker Productions and Kandi Koated Entertainment, premiered on Aug. 27, and is now streaming on Peacock.
