Diddy’s Former Bodyguard Says Mogul Will Face Grim Fate in Prison

As Sean “Diddy” Combs sits in a federal detention center awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges, his former bodyguard Gene Deal has issued a dire warning about the hip-hop mogul.

Combs was arrested at a New York City hotel on Sept. 16. He has since been charged with three felony counts and faces life in prison.

But Deal contends the mogul will struggle in a prison cell after living the high life in mansions and flying on private jets.

“It takes a certain individual to prepare himself to do a lot of years in jail. From the lifestyle that he had, I’m not saying that he can’t, I just don’t see him able to do time behind bars,” Deal told the Art of Dialogue YouTube channel in an interview posted on Sept. 22.

Deal, a retired New York state parole officer, added that he believes Combs would have an easier time coping in a minimum security prison or so-called “club fed” facility.

Although the chances of that are slim.

Still, Deal warns a tougher prison would be devastating for Diddy.

“If he had to go behind those bars for a lot of years, I think he may just commit suicide, he’d do an Epstein,” Deal stated, referring to late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Diddy faces three counts — racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

His two requests for bail were denied last week by separate federal judges, even after his lawyers said he would put up a $50 million bond.

The mogul is scheduled to return to court for a conference hearing on Tuesday, Sept. 24.
