Hundreds of mourners gathered Saturday in Columbus, Georgia to say goodbye to Kim Porter.
Photos and video posted on social media showed Porter’s former boyfriend Sean “Diddy” Combs, Al B. Sure, Usher, Tichina Arnold, Mary J. Blige, Russell Simmons and other celebrities arriving at Cascade Hills Church for Porter’s funeral.
The Columbus native died on Nov. 15 at her home in Los Angeles at age 47.
Combs spoke at the funeral about his emotional bond with Porter, who was the mother of three of his children.
“She was my friend first. She was my confidante. She was like my guidance, still is,” he said, according to The Blast.
“We fell in love and honestly, her love was too much for me to handle. It was a lot to handle, to take in,” he added.
