Sean “Diddy” Combs is back in the news.
The fallen music mogul has been accused in a new civil lawsuit of sexually assaulting an unidentified child actor at an event in the Hollywood Hills nearly two decades ago.
The anonymous John Doe accuser filed the lawsuit on Monday, June 8, in Los Angeles, alleging he was assaulted at a networking event in May 2007.
In the complaint obtained by ABC News and TMZ, the man alleged Combs touched him inappropriately and performed oral sex on him. The accuser did not give his age at the time of the alleged assault, and only said he was under 18.

The accuser, who described himself as an established child performer, ended up alone with Combs after the Bad Boy Records founder said he wanted “to speak to him privately about some potential opportunities,” according to the complaint.
The actor happily accepted the offer and the two went to a “backroom” at the venue where the event took place, per the lawsuit.
“Then, Defendant Combs pulled down Plaintiff’s pants and underwear and began to fondle Plaintiff’s genitalia all while Combs was simultaneously touching himself. Defendant Combs then performed oral copulation on the minor Plaintiff while continuing to touch himself,” the lawsuit stated.
Doe recalled saying he “did not feel comfortable with the way Defendant Combs was touching him,” yet the alleged assault continued, the complaint said.
“This assault was so extreme as to go beyond the bound of decency and be regarded intolerable by civilized society,” the lawsuit said.
Once the incident was over, Doe said Combs told him he would keep him in mind for possible opportunities, before walking away.
Doe is suing Combs and a group of talent agents for unspecified damages. The former child star said his agents failed to protect him from alleged predatory behavior.
Juda Engelmayer, a spokesman for Combs, called Doe’s allegations “false and ridiculous.”
“He’s just another hater in a long list of people trying to get in on the money gravy train encouraged by personal injury lawyers. Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone–and that includes any child! These allegations will be disproved like all the rest,” Engelmayer said in a statement.
The lawsuit is one of dozens of civil complaints filed against Combs alleging rape and/or sexual assault since November 2023.
The mogul is currently serving a 50-month sentence in federal prison after he was convicted on two prostitution-related counts in July 2025. He is scheduled for release in 2028.
