The awards will air Sunday, August 1 on BET, BET Her and BET Gospel.

The group has previously faced criticism for snubbing Black artists.
The theme of the night was the “Year of the Black Woman.”
Method Man, Busta Rhymes, Swizz Beatz, Griselda, and The Lox all took the stage.
