Beyoncé Drops New Dance Track ‘Break My Soul’

Beyoncé got fans talking and dancing Monday night with the release of her new single “Break My Soul.”

The house music track hit Tidal and Vevo/YouTube about two hours ahead of its scheduled midnight release.

The single samples the 1993 Robin S house music hit “Show Me Love” and Big Freedia’s “Explode.”

Big Freedia joined the legions to Twitter users posting about the song, making Beyoncé a top trending topic throughout the night.

“It feels surreal to be on the track with the Queen Beyonce once again I’m so honored to be apart of this special moment I’m forever grateful lord someone please catch me #beyonce #bigfreedia #BreakMySoul,” the New Orleans performer tweeted.

The lyrics ro the new song include: “Now, I just fell in love and I just quit my job/ I’m gonna find new drive, damn/ they work me so damn hard/ Work by nine, then off past five/ And they work my nerves, that’s why I cannot sleep at night.”

“Break My Soul” is the first track from the singer’s seventh studio album “Renaissance,” which will be released on July 29.
