Ice Spice was simply sitting in a Los Angeles McDonald’s enjoying a meal, when she was physically attacked, an attorney for the rapper said Friday.

Surveillance video published by TMZ on April 17, showed the “Munch (Feelin’ U)” rapper seated at a table with a female friend, when a woman ran up to the table, and started talking to the hip-hop star.

The woman tried to sit down, by squeezing in next to Ice Spice’s friend, but the friend refused to move.

The stranger hovered over Ice Spice, 26, who was wearing a grey hoodie. The woman started to argue with the rapper, asked where the celebrity was from, and slapped her.

The two threw punches until a man standing nearby intervened by pulling the alleged attacker away. Ice Spice followed and walked across tables toward the woman.

The woman was escorted outside by the man who stepped in to help. He was dressed in a T-shirt with low-sagging pants and did not appear to be an employee.

Ice Spice followed the two outside and was shown brawling with the woman and another man. “He pushed her,” Ice Spice’s friend yelled about the man.

The timestamp on the surveillance footage said the incident happened April 15 at 12:05 a.m. No employees appeared to intervene.

The New York rapper, born Isis Gaston, plans to take legal action against the woman and possibly McDonald’s, her attorney said.

“The unprovoked attack on my client has been reported to the LAPD and we will be pursuing any and all avenues to hold the perpetrators responsible for their actions, including criminally and civilly,” attorney Bradford Cohen told TMZ.

“We are also exploring holding the location responsible for their lack of appropriate security,” he added.

Per TMZ, the woman in the video later claimed she slapped Ice Spice because the rapper was rude to her when she appoached the table and called her a “bi—h.”
