Ray J landed in jail on Thanksgiving day after a domestic dispute with ex-wife, Princess Love Norwood, that he streamed live on Twitch.

The 44-year-old singer and actor, whose legal name is Willie Norwood, was taken into custody early Thursday, Nov. 27, on suspicion of “making a criminal threat,” the Los Angeles Police Department said.

Bail was set at $50,000 and he was released on bond later in the day, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s inmate information website. He is due in court on Dec. 19.

The incident happened at Norwood’s home in the Porter Ranch neighborhood of L.A., while the troubled media personality streamed live on the Twitch platform.

In the full video posted to YouTube by The Buzz channel, Ray J says: “I got my kids in here with me. Ain’t nobody taking my kids away from me on Thanksgiving.”

A woman walks into the frame and Ray J asks, “What are you trying to do, take my kids?”

“Yes, I’m gonna get my kids,” the woman says.

Ray J grabs something off a table and confronts the woman. At that point, she’s carrying a toddler and Ray J starts yelling, “Y’all wanna drive drunk? Drive drunk Princess!”

“You just pointed a gun at us!” she says several times.

“You’re a woman abuser and you’re delusional,” the woman adds and says she’s calling the police.

Other people walk into the room and Ray J says, “Hold on, I’ll shoot the f–k out of you!”

A man begins to scuffle with Ray J and the video screen goes black.

Ray J was arrested at 4:08 a.m. and booked into the LAPD’s Valley Jail in Van Nuys. He was released on bond just after 11 a.m.

The singer posted a video statement on Instagram Thursday morning following his release.

“I’m not gonna let the story go to where it’s not supposed to go,” he says. “You in my house, we’re having an argument, alright. We’re grownups, if you want to leave, leave. The kids were upstairs asleep in my bed… Then you got a dude coming in my bedroom, where my kids is asleep and trying to take my kids… y’all want to drive drunk, I’m not going to let it happen.”

In a second video posted later, Ray J says: “I just got out of jail, it’s not cool. Jail was not okay.”

He tells two men standing behind him that he’s been kicked off the Twitch livestreaming service after Thursday’s confrontation.

“Nah, we banned from Twitch permanently,” Ray J admits, adding that he got into a confrontation with a man at the jail who recognized him.

“I almost beat that n—a under his bed, bro,” Ray J says.

The Neighborhood Talk Instagram account compiled all of Ray J’s videos.

Meantime, Princess Love posted her own video statement on Instagram and says she had not been drinking.

“What I’m not about to do is let him deflect and make it about me, and make it seem like I was drunk or it was my fault. That is not the case,” she states in the video.

“I went to his house with the kids because I wanted the kids to have a good Thanksgiving with their dad,” Princess Love says, adding that she had just moved into her new house. She says Ray J had been gone for a month without seeing or speaking to the children, but he wanted to spend Thanksgiving with the kids.

Princess Love shares she just moved into her new house and went to Ray J’s home with her cousin, the woman’s husband and children, and her own kids to prepapre Thanksgiving dinner.

She says she told Ray J before arriving, “Don’t start nothing or I will take the food and I will continue cooking at my house.”

Frustrated by the ordeal, Princess Love says it’s impossible to co-parent with Ray J.

In a longer video posted to YouTube by TMZ, Princess Love makes several shocking allegations about  Ray J and alleges he “terrorizes women.”  She urges him to “check yourself into rehab.”

“I’m gonna continue to pray for you, and pray that you get the help you need,” she states.
