Kanye West caused a stir at the Manhattan federal courthouse when he briefly appeared at Sean “Diddy” Combs’ sex trafficking trial, but a federal agent was the real star of the day.
Wearing an all-white denim outfit and black sunglasses, the “Power” rapper breezed past the media on Friday, June 13, and walked into the building surrounded by security.
Page Six reported West was not allowed into the main courtroom where the trial is taking place because his name was not on the list of Diddy’s friends and family submitted in advance to court marshals.
The outlet said West was relegated to the overflow room where fans, YouTubers and late arrivals watch the trial on video monitors. He left within minutes.

West’s appearance at the courthouse came exactly 24 hours after Diddy’s ex-girlfriend, using the pseudonym “Jane,” testified that the Bad Boy Records founder became enraged when he found out she attended a “freak off” sex party in Las Vegas in January 2024, with an “iconic” rapper and his girlfriend or wife for the woman’s birthday.
Jane confirmed the mystery rapper is “close” to Diddy and recorded music with the mogul, prompting many people on social media to speculate that the famous rapper was West, since his wife Bianca Censori’s birthday is on January 5, and he’s appeared on multiple songs with Diddy.

Federal Agent Details LA Raid
Special Agent Andre LaMon with Homeland Security Investigations took the stand and detailed items found in Diddy’s sprawling Los Angeles mansion during a March 2024 raid.
LaMon said agents found 900 bottles of Astroglide personal lubricant and 200 bottles of baby oil, according to reporting by CNN.
The agent showed jurors a photo of 16 boxes filled with lubricant bottles. He said agents also removed bags of white powder that tested positive for ketamine.
They seized cell phones, Diddy’s passport and a plastic bag with a brown substance inside that tested positive for MDMA, commonly known as ecstasy or molly.
In addition to the drugs, LaMon testified that agents removed rifles, a pistol and a shotgun. He said the serial number on one of the rifles appeared to have been sanded off.
He showed jurors a photo of a 60-round drum magazine with 59 rounds of ammunition inside designed to penetrate body armor. All eyes were glued on the agent when he held up a long gun seized from the mogul’s home.
Judge May Dismiss Black Juror
U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian indicated that he is leaning toward dismissing juror No. 6 because the man may have an “agenda,” according to the Associated Press.
Earlier this week, prosecutors said the man showed “a lack of candor” about where he lives when he filled out a questionnaire, per ABC News.
The juror was said to have stated that his primary residence is in the Bronx, making him eligible to serve on a federal jury in New York City. But he allegedly told a court officer he lives in New Jersey with his girlfriend outside the district, and the information made it back to prosecutors.
The defense argued that the juror, who is Black, has been singled out because of his race, adding that removing him would make the jury less diverse.
Judge Subramanian countered that the issue is not about race but credibility.
ABC News described the juror as “a middle-aged Black man.” If ousted, the outlet said he would be replaced by a “middle-aged architect” from the New York City suburb of Westchester, “making the jury slightly older and whiter.”
The judge is expected to rule on the juror’s fate soon.
