Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson is apparently not a man who believes in forgiveness.

Not long after news of Murder Inc. Records co-founder Irv Gotti’s death on Feb. 5, 50 Cent took to Instagram and shared a photo of himself smoking hookah with the caption reading: “I’m smoking on dat Gotti pack. Nah God bless him. LOL.”

The “In Da Club” rapper had a fake tombstone next to himself, referencing Gotti’s passing.

The post was filled with comments, with many people calling 50 Cent out for being cruel and “tasteless.”

One user wrote, “You’re an example that Money can’t buy decency. Yeah you got beef with the man while he was alive. This is so classless and tasteless. The same mentality that drives young Black men to compete amongst themselves rather than trying to work together to uplift themselves.”

Another person wrote, “Show respect 50. I know you didn’t care for him, but damn.”

While another user commented, “Too old to be doing all this damn trolling. Seriously!!”

“Get off the internet and release some shows tf why am I still waiting on raising kanaan [Power Book III: Raising Kanan] and where tf is the new Tommie and ghost show,” wrote another fan.

50 Cent’s feud with Gotti started back in 1999, and included one of Murder Inc. Records’ most famous rappers Ja Rule.

At the time, one of 50 Cent’s friends was allegedly robbed by Ja Rule, and since then there was serious tension between the three men.

Gotti’s family confirmed his passing with a statement on social media.

The New York native was 54 years old.
