A scuffle apparently broke out Sunday night between actor Tom Arnold and The Apprentice executive producer Mark Burnett.
Arnold has repeatedly accused Burnett of protecting President Trump by refusing to release raw footage of the then-reality star allegedly making racist and sexist comments on the set of The Apprentice.

Arnold took to Twitter to accuse Burnett of choking him when the two came face-to-face at a pre-Emmys party.
“Mark Burnett just went apeshit & choked me at this huge Emmy party then he ran away with his torn
Pink shirt & missing gold chain. I’m waiting for LAPD,” Arnold tweeted.

Burnett’s wife, actress and producer Roma Downey, also took to Twitter to say Arnold was at fault.
Downey tweeted a photo of a bruised hand – most likely her own – along with the caption: “Got this bruise tonight when Tom Arnold tried to ambush my husband Mark and me at a charity event. Is your TV show worth it Tom? Please stop.”

Downey was referring to Arnold’s upcoming Viceland series — which premieres Tuesday — called The Hunt For The Trump Tapes. The reality show follows Arnold’s attempts to track down outtakes from the set of The Apprentice that allegedly captured Trump using the N-word and other offensive language.
Arnold replied to Downey’s “ambush” allegation by telling her “you lie.”
“Bullshit. You lie your crazy husband attacked me you psycho. I’m filing police report & suing you for defamation,” he tweeted.

Arnold was a contestant on the Mark Burnett-produced spinoff, “Celebrity Apprentice,” which Trump hosted.
In October 2016, Buzzfeed News published a story saying Burnett is a Trump supporter, who “threatened staffers who could release potentially damaging outtakes of the show.”
Days later, Burnett released a statement clarifying his political views.
“Given all of the false media reports, I feel compelled to clarify a few points. I am not now and have never been a supporter of Donald Trump’s candidacy. I am NOT “Pro-Trump,” he said.
