“I felt used. I felt like an old shoe,” Osbourne says in a new interview.
“I am so excited for this new generation of such a long-standing establishment,” Gbajabiamila said Thursday.
Welteroth’s announcement comes after the departures of Carrie Ann Inaba and Sharon Osbourne.
The new co-host joins Sheryl Underwood, Elaine Welteroth, Amanda Kloots and Carrie Ann Inaba.
The CBS daytime talk show premiered in 2010.
“It’s difficult to go back to that day,” Underwood said Monday.
“Sharon Osbourne has decided to leave The Talk,” CBS said in a statement Friday.
A new report claims Osbourne used racist and homophobic slurs against her co-hosts.
The Monday and Tuesday episodes of the CBS talk show are canceled.
