Rick Ross is savoring his freedom after a brief stay in a Florida jail, and apparently saving room for pasta.

The rapper walked out of jail Thursday, Oct. 1, in Miami and told reporters there was no truth to domestic violence allegations made against him by an ex-girlfriend.

“I’m totally innocent of these fabricated allegations made against me,” he said outside the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.

Ross shared his weekend plans, noting: “I’ll be in Dubai tomorrow, Paris Saturday and I plan on having a bowl of rigatoni and heavy marinara Sunday.”

The rapper, whose legal name is William Leonard Roberts II, surrendered to Miami Beach police early Thursday morning, and was charged with one felony count of battery by strangulation and one misdemeanor count of battery.

Later in the morning, his attorney entered a not-guilty plea on his behalf. During the court appearance, defense attorney Bradley Horenstein asked Judge Mindy Glazer to expedite the rapper’s release on $5,000 bond, citing his fame and concerns about his safety in jail.

“Mr. Roberts is a celebrity,” Horenstein said.

“What does that mean?” Glazer asked before acknowledging the hip-hop star.

“Hi Mr. Roberts. I have no idea who you are, except as somebody here in the court who’s going to be treated fairly just like everybody else here,” the judge said.

The music star appeared via video link and nodded his head.

The charges against Ross stemmed from an Aug. 28 incident at his Star Island mansion. According to police, the woman accused him of hitting and choking her during an argument over a social media photo, which prompted Ross to accuse her of cheating.

The judge ordered him to stay away from the alleged victim and surrender any firearms. After his release, Ross took to his Instagram Stories to declare his innocence again and promote his music.

Near the end of his comments, he declared: “I’m bigger than Justin Bieber.” Ross is due back in court on Thursday, Oct. 22.
