Kanye West stepped up his social media attacks on Pete Davidson over the weekend. West is angry the SNL star is dating his estranged wife Kim Kardashian, and now the rapper has gone as far as asking Davidson’s Saturday Night Live colleague Michael Che to stop working with the 28-year-old comedian.
In an Instagram post that has since been deleted, West uploaded a photo on Sunday of a yellow legal pad with the words on it: “My account is not hacked. 2-13-22.” Part of the caption for the photo read: “@chethinks I’ll double whatever they are paying you just so you don’t have to look at that pawn ever again. Big love.”

Che responded by jokingly making several demands on West. The comedian took to Instagram and posted a gallery of pictures of a notepad telling West he’d have to come up with a much better offer.
“Sorry Ye, but I would never betray my friends for anything less than triple salary,” Che wrote on a notepad.
The “Weekend Update” co-anchor also joked that he would like a salary of $90K a year, full medical and dental insurance, four weeks of vacation, a corner office, a size 12 pair of Red Octobers and a musical request.
“And you gotta make some beats for my band The Slapp Butts,” Che continued.
The note ended with: “What else what else. And you gotta tell me what you’re gonna wear to work the night before so we can look like twins! You do that for me, I’ll rambo the whole building.”
One of Che’s Instagram followers wondered if the exchange would soon be turned into an SNL skit. @brendalopez_ wrote: “Can’t wait for the next weekend update. :)”
In addition to the now-deleted yellow legal pad post, West uploaded several photos throughout the weekend that have now been taken down.
West targeted Kid Cudi, Billie Eilish and Taylor Swift for being on the side of Kardashian and Davidson. He also posted a meme Saturday night of a Marvel-style Avengers civil war poster pitting Kardashian, Davidson, Kid Cudi, Eilish and Swift against his side which included Drake, Julia Fox, Travis Scott and Future.
In the caption of the post, West wrote: “The Internet has still not found a decent picture of Skete,” referencing his harsh nickname for Davidson.
The notepad post is currently Che’s only Instagram post on his feed.
