Mariah Carey is bringing the Christmas spirit and her classic music to Apple TV+.
The singer, whose “All I Want For Christmas Is You” is one of the most popular holiday songs of all time, has teamed up with the streaming platform for a new program titled Mariah Carey’s Magical Christmas Special, Apple TV+ announced Monday.
The special will premiere over the holiday season, and comes after the 25th anniversary of the release of Carey’s iconic 1994 song.

The special will feature the Grammy-winning performer, along with a line-up of celebrity guests. Apple is boasting that the program will be “a magical holiday journey to enliven the Christmas spirit around the world.”
“The innovative special will combine music, dancing and animation driven by a universally heartwarming story that brings the world together,” the company said in a statement.
The show will be co-directed by BAFTA Award winner Hamish Hamilton and Oscar nominee and Golden Globe winner Roman Coppola, who is also set to executive produce the special.
Carey shared the news with fans on her social media accounts writing, “If you know me, you know I refuse to talk about Christmas before it’s even fall, but I am SO excited for this @appletv special that I’ll make an exception today only!”
