Pretty Little Liars actor Keegan Allen was robbed, beaten and left bloodied by thieves who stole his watch in West Hollywood, California.

The actor posted a graphic video to Instagram on Thursday night, Oct. 8, revealing the attack happened outside a high-end grocery store.

“I was just robbed of my watch outside of Laurel Supply,” he said in the video. “These two dudes hit me in the head and pointed a gun at me with a knife and then took off.”

The viral video showed blood dripping down his face and neck. He included surveillance footage of the attack, which showed two men in hooded shirts approaching him. One of the suspects violently struck him in the face.

Allen, 37, could be heard asking others nearby to call the police.

He captioned the post: “West Hollywood is not safe anymore. Robbed at gunpoint and knifepoint by two young men that threatened to KILL me over my watch and would have! God said no tonight. My life for a watch.”

The actor is best known for his role on the teen drama Pretty Little Liars from 2010 to 2017. He was also a cast member on crime drama series Walker from 2021 to 2024.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s West Hollywood Station confirmed deputies responded to an armed robbery on Oct. 8 at 9:05 p.m., in the 8400 block of Santa Monica Boulevard — the same neighborhood where Laurel Supply is located.

The department described the violent attack in a statement on Friday evening.

“Upon arrival, deputies contacted an adult male victim who reported being approached by two adult male suspects dressed in black clothing. According to the victim, one suspect pointed a silver handgun at him while the second suspect brandished a knife,” the LASD said.

The department said the suspects demanded the victim’s watch and bracelet.

“During the incident, one of the suspects struck the victim in the face with the handgun, causing a laceration to his forehead. The suspects took the victim’s watch and fled the location in an unknown vehicle,” the LASD said.

The fire department responded and treated the victim at the scene, authorities said.

According to the LASD, its Major Crimes Bureau is investigating the case. Anyone with information was urged to contact law enforcement.

In a follow-up post, the department disputed Allen’s claim that the area is not safe, and insisted crime and robberies are down this year.

“The robbery statistics through August 2026 also show a decline, with 49 reported robberies compared with 62 during the same period in 2025—a decrease of approximately 21%,” the department stated.

West Hollywood is a small, affluent community of about 34,000 people sandwiched between Los Angeles and Beverly Hills.

Popularly referred to as WeHo, the community has a median household income of about $97,000 and a median home value of $925,000, according to the U.S. Census Bureau.
