A distressed Sean “Diddy” Combs warns his legal team “we’re losing,” in new footage from Netflix’s upcoming documentary series, Sean Combs: The Reckoning.

The streaming giant released an extended teaser for the series on Monday, Dec. 1.

The 56-second video begins with never-before-seen footage of Combs in a New York City hotel room on Sept. 10, 2024, just six days before he was arrested on federal sex trafficking, racketeering and prostitution charges.

The music mogul looks out of a window, then sits down to talk on the phone with his attorneys.

The Bad Boy Records founder warns his legal team they’re not doing enough to save him as prosecutors close in.

“We have to find somebody that’ll work with us, that has dealt in the dirtiest of dirty business,” he says before yelling in frustration, “We’re losing.”

Netflix also revealed more details about the long-awaited docuseries, which debuts Tuesday, Dec. 2.

The streamer announced the series will include interviews with Making the Band alums Aubrey O’Day and Qwanell “Que” Mosley; Former Bad Boy artist Mark Curry; former Diddy security staffer Roger Bonds; Bad Boy Records co-founder Kirk  Burrowes; and jurors from the music mogul’s criminal trial.

O’Day has been highly critical of Combs in the past. During a December 2022 interview on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast, she said he fired her from Danity Kane because she declined his advances and “wasn’t willing to do what was expected.”

Bonds has said in numerous interviews he witnessed Combs “get really physical” with Cassie and other women.

Day26 singer “Que” Mosley said earlier this year in a podcast interview with Amy Robach, T. J. Holmes, and Aubrey O’Day that he was given a “horse tranquilizer” at a Diddy party in the Hamptons, and woke up “screaming very, very loud, to cameras filming me.”

Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson is an executive producer on the four-part docuseries.

The “21 Questions” rapper sat down this morning for an interview with Robin Roberts on Good Morning America, and was joined by docuseries director Alexandria Stapleton. The two shared additional clips with Roberts.

Jackson and Stapleton said Combs chose to have a camera follow him around, and they managed to get some of the footage.

In an extended clip from Combs’ conversation with his lawyers that was shown in the trailer, the music mogul appears agitated.

“Listen to me. I’m gonna get off the phone right now and I’m going to let you professionals look at the situation and come back to me with a solution,” he insists. He cuts the attorneys off when they try to speak and warns them, “Y’all are not working together the right way. We’re losing.”

Despite beefing with Combs for years, 50 Cent told Roberts the docuseries won’t be a hit piece and is “not personal.”
