Some of the hottest names in rap music rocked the red carpet this weekend in Atlanta for the 2022 BET Hip Hop Awards.
Taped at the Cobb Energy Center on Friday (Sept. 30), the annual celebration paid homage to the year’s best in hip hop culture.
Among those attending the awards were Remy Ma, French Montana and Trina (shown above L-R). Also hitting the red carpet were T.I. and Tiny, Lil’ Kim, Fat Joe, and King Combs.

Performers included French Montana, Joey Bada$$, N.O.R.E, Pusha T, Armani White, Bleu, EST Gee, GloRilla, and Moneybagg Yo.
There was also an all-star tribute to Loud Records founder Steve Rifkind. The tribute honoring Rifkind featured David Banner, Lil’ Flip, Dead Prez, Fat Joe, Mobb Deep with Lil’ Kim, M.O.P., Remy Ma, Three 6 Mafia, and Wu-Tang Clan.
Drake leads this year’s BET Hip Hop Awards nominations, with 14 nods including Best Live Performer, Lyricist of the Year, and Hip Hop Album of the Year for “Certified Lover Boy.”

Trina was presented with the annual I Am Hip Hop Award. The Miami rapper found fame in 1998, and has been making waves since then.
Fat Joe hosted this year’s awards. The “Lean Back,” “What’s Luv,” and “All The Way Up” rapper said in a previous statement that the show would be hip and hot.
“This will be the biggest award show in history,” said Fat Joe. “It’s truly an honor to host and produce the BET Hip Hop Awards.”
