Sean “Diddy” Combs is back behind bars after a head injury reportedly sent him to a hospital over the weekend.
Combs, who is incarcerated at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey, was transported by ambulance early Saturday morning, Oct. 10, to an unidentified medical facility, TMZ reported Monday.
The Bad Boy Records founder was said to be conscious and talking when he was loaded into the ambulance.
Combs returned to the prison later Saturday. It is not clear how he was injured or what treatment he received.
“We are aware of the reports concerning Sean Combs and are working to confirm the circumstances,” Juda S. Engelmayer, a spokesperson for Combs, said in a statement to Urban Hollywood 411.
“Sean’s health and well-being are our immediate concern, and we appreciate everyone who has reached out,” Engelmayer added.
The reported hospital visit came just days after news broke that Combs will spend more time in prison than previously expected.
His release date is now listed as March 2, 2028, on the Federal Bureau of Prisons website. That’s nearly six weeks later than his previously listed release date of Jan. 21, 2028.
The delay followed an NBC News report alleging Combs was living a “pampered” life in prison, with fellow inmates catering to him by cooking, cleaning, doing his laundry and providing massages.
The network also aired video that appeared to show Combs holding a contraband cell phone.
The Bureau of Prisons has not publicly linked the change in his release date to the allegations in the NBC report.
Combs is serving a 50-month sentence after he was convicted in July 2025 on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. His attorneys have appealed the sentence.
