Diddy’s Former ‘Right Hand’ Lands New Job – With Usher

Kristina Khorram, who was once a key member of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ inner circle, has a new job.

Khorram, who served as the music mogul’s longtime chief of staff, is now working with Usher as part of the staff on his global R&B tour with Chris Brown, Rolling Stone reported this week.

Her exact job, title and responsibilities are not known. Khorram is one of at least three former Combs Enterprises employees to join Usher’s team, the magazine said.

A videographer who was working on a documentary with Combs before his arrest in September 2024, is now doing similar work for Usher.

Some of the footage from the mogul’s private collection ended up in the Netflix docuseries Sean Combs: The Reckoning. A rep for Combs slammed Netflix and executive producer Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson for including “stolen footage” in the project.

A former Combs personal assistant, who testified at his criminal trial after receiving immunity, also joined Usher’s team. Although the “Yeah!” singer quickly “parted ways” with the assistant, per Rolling Stone.

Usher and Combs have known each each for decades. The mogul mentored the then-up-and-coming singer when he was a teenager preparing to release his debut album in 1994. Usher has continued to voice support for his former mentor and praised his “valuable contributions” to the music industry.

Khorram’s hiring is drawing attention because of her close connection to Combs. In a 2021 Facebook post, he described her as a key member of his staff. “She’s been my right hand for the last 8 years and has consistently proven to execute and get s–t done,” he told his followers, as previously reported.

Her name later appeared in multiple civil lawsuits alleging sexual abuse by Combs. She was also mentioned several times as an alleged co-conspirator during the mogul’s trial.

Eddy Garcia was a security guard at the InterContinental Hotel in Los Angeles where surveillance cameras recorded Combs  physically attacking ex-girlfriend Casandra Ventura. Garcia testified that Khorram allegedly helped arrange a $100,000 bribe to make the footage go away.

Khorram has denied all allegations that she helped facilitate any abuse or criminal activity.

“For months, horrific accusations have been made about me in various lawsuits regarding my former boss,” she said in a March 2025 statement to Rolling Stone. “These false allegations of my involvement are causing irreparable and incalculable damage to my reputation and the emotional well-being of myself and my family.”
