Reality television personality Sidney Starr has been arrested in Georgia and charged with multiple felony counts involving the alleged sexual assault of a minor.
Starr, whose legal name is Sidney Favors, is best known for her appearances on Love & Hip Hop: New York and Baddies ATL. She was arrested by officers from the Hapeville Police Department on Sunday, Aug. 2.
According to Fulton County jail records, she was charged with three counts — sexual battery against a child under 16, aggravated child molestation, and sodomy.
Starr is transgender and identifies as a woman, although jail records list her as male. She remained in custody as of Monday afternoon.
Authorities did not release Starr’s age, but some media reports say she is 37 years old.

Hapeville police told Atlanta news station WSB-TV the reality star was taken into custody at an Embassy Suites hotel on International Boulevard.
“Because this case involves a juvenile, no additional information will be released from our agency,” the police department said in a news release.
According to Starr’s Instagram account, the Chicago native was in Georgia to host an entertainment industry event on Sunday.
The rapper and model joined Love & Hip Hop: New York as a supporting cast member in season 9, which debuted on VH1 in November 2018.
Known to fans as “The Transgender Diva,” she has appeared on Zeus Network’s Baddies franchise and hosts reunion specials for the network. She has also been featured on E!’s Botched, VH1’s Black Ink Crew: Chicago, and MTV’s Wild n Out.
Starr has additionally had small roles on Showtime’s The Chi and the Fox music drama Star and Empire.
