Joy Behar let Ana Navarro know she didn’t think the political commentator was dressed appropriately for work.
Behar called out Navarro on the Friday, Oct. 10 episode of The View, as soon as the women walked on stage.
“Hello, everybody,” Behar told the cheering studio audience as the panelists sat down at the “Hot Topics” table.

Sara Haines and Alyssa Farah Griffin, who this week announced she and husband Justin Griffin are expecting their first child, quickly took their seats.
But Navarro struggled to sit down and was shown tugging on her off-the-shoulder red dress.
“Give me a minute, this dress isn’t easy,” Navarro said while adjusting the form-fitting design.
Behar appeared annoyed and asked her, “Where are you going in that dress?”
Navarro replied, “I don’t know, but I can’t wave, so I’m doing a penguin wave because I can’t raise my hands.”

Behar, who moderates the ABC daytime talk show on Fridays when Whoopi Goldberg is off, quickly changed the subject, and began talking about Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem.
Navarro has been wearing more body-conscious clothes after slimming down. In 2023, she credited her weight loss to the Mediterranean diet, after vacationing in Turkey and Greece.
“I drank and ate like if the world was coming to an end, and didn’t gain any weight,” she wrote on Instagram. “Yes, I swam, walked like a camel, hiked like a goat, danced… but, also, there’s something to be said for the Mediterranean diet of fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, and grilled meats. I haven’t seen a pancake in a month. The diet there has much less processed sugar and preservatives. I’m a convert.”
Some fans speculated on social media that she used Ozempic to lose weight. Navarro hasn’t said, but in March 2023, she posted a selfie from inside a Pilates studio.
“I don’t like exercise. The trick is finding something you like — or at least, don’t hate doing. Pilates has really helped me get healthier,” she captioned the post.
Whoopi Goldberg has also slimmed down, saying she used type 2 diabetes medication Mounjaro to reclaim her health after gaining weight during the pandemic.
“I weighed almost 300 pounds when I made Till,” she said on the March 19 episode of the daytime talk show, per E! News. “I had taken all those steroids, I was on all this stuff, and one of the things that’s helped me drop the weight is Mounjaro. That’s what I use.”
Sunny Hostin has also said she used medication after gaining weight during the pandemic.
