As the mystery surrounding D4vd and the death of teenager Celeste Rivas grows, the singer has moved out of the $4.1 million house in Los Angeles where he was living.

According to a new report in the Daily Mail, D4vd’s manager Josh Marshall broke the $20,000-a-month lease on the  Hollywood Hills home, just days after LAPD detectives served a search warrant on the property.

“They are moving out this week… the moving trucks will be here soon. They’ve decided to move out because of the ongoing circumstances. They didn’t want to be there anymore,” homeowner Mladen Trifunovic told the outlet.

Trifunovic said Marshall signed the lease in February 2024, two months before Rivas was first reported missing from her family’s home in Lake Elsinore, California.

The homeowner said he had no idea who D4vd was, or that he was living at the home, until his real estate manager told him about the police raid at the property.

“This has all been such a big shock. I’m still trying to process everything, and I’m anxiously waiting for the story to conclude itself… It’s very disturbing,” Trifunovic said.

The homeowner, who reportedly is an AI developer and crypto investor, said he hasn’t had any direct contact with the LAPD and is unsure what was found inside the house.

TMZ also spoke to Trifunovic and reported  the property is equipped with a security system and external cameras surrounding the house.

The cameras could shed more light on the case, however, the homeowner said he doesn’t have access to the footage because tenants create their own accounts with the security company.

The house has been a focal point in news coverage since Los Angeles police discovered Rivas’ body inside an impounded Tesla registered to D4vd, 20, whose real name is David Anthony Burke.

On Sept. 8, the vehicle was towed from the 1300 block of Doheny Place, near the house in the Hollywood Hills where D4vd lived.

The vehicle had been parked on a public street for more than 72 hours, and was taken to a police garage, where investigators later found a body in the front trunk.

One week later, the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the dismembered remains as Rivas, who went missing in April 2024.

The Riverside County Sheriff’s Office released a missing person’s poster displaying pictures of her. At the time,  she was 13 years old.

Records show she had just turned 15 the day before her body was found. The coroner’s officr said the remains were badly decomposed, suggesting she died at 14.

D4vd has not been named a suspect, although people have been posting videos and pictures of him on social media, with a young woman who looks identical to Rivas. Photos show he also has a matching tattoo that reads “Shhh…”

D4vd, born in Queens and raised in Texas, rose to fame on TikTok. His debut album Withered was released earlier this year.

The singer was in the middle of his first world tour when Rivas’ body was found in his car, but his remaining concerts were canceled after the teenager was identified.
