The singer returned to court exactly one year after prosecutors said Celeste Rivas Hernandez was last seen alive.
“These findings have caused profound emotional pain,” the family said in a statement.
The singer’s attorneys have denied he caused the death of Celeste Rivas Hernandez.
The pop star is being held without bail, the LAPD announced Thursday.
The filing lists D4vd as the “target” of an investigation into the murder of Celeste Rivas Hernandez.
