The conservatorship began in 2004 when Oher was 18.
The family filed new legal documents saying they “never intended” to adopt Oher.
The former NFL star alleged the Tuohy family “received millions” for the film, while he got nothing.
Attorneys for Sean and Leigh Anne Tuohy held a news conference in Tennessee.
“They will not hesitate to defend their good names,” the couple’s lawyer says.
“Michael Oher discovered this lie to his chagrin and embarrassment, the suit says.
