A Georgia judge denied bond on Tuesday for reality TV personality Sidney Starr, who is accused of molesting a teenage boy.
Prosecutors said Starr, whose legal name is Sidney Favors, allegedly sexually assaulted the teen at a hotel in Hapeville, Georgia, on Aug. 2.
The Love & Hip Hop and Baddies alum faces charges of aggravated child molestation, sexual battery against a child under 16, and sodomy.
During the Aug. 25 bond hearing, Favors’ attorney argued she was not a flight risk and noted that her only previous legal trouble was a traffic citation.
But prosecutors countered the Chicago native has limited ties to the Atlanta area, and raised concerns about possible intimidation because of her large social media following and celebrity status.

The teenager’s mother addressed the court and urged the judge to keep Favors behind bars, Atlanta news station WSB-TV reported.
“My son is only 13,” the mother said while reading a prepared statement.
She told the judge her son was left traumatized and has been undergoing therapy after the alleged encounter.
“He has been required to attend extensive therapy to begin the healing process for what was done to him,” she said. “At this age, when he should feel safe, innocent and protected, he is now forced to cope with trauma that no child should ever have to endure.”
The judge ruled against bond, saying Favors has few local ties to the area and she is considered a flight risk.
“At this time, this defendant remains in a no-bond status,” the judge said.
Courtroom video showed an emotional Favors bowing her head as the decision was announced.
According to prosecutors, the alleged victim told investigators he was in the hotel lobby when Favors approached him and called him “cute.” Favors later entered an elevator with the teen, and the two went to her hotel room, prosecutors said.
TMZ obtained a copy of the police report, which said Favors told investigators the boy claimed he was 18.
Favors, 37, denied the allegations and said she plans to “vigorously defend herself through the legal process.”
As previously reported, Hapeville police took Favors into custody at an Embassy Suites hotel.
According to her Instagram page, Favors was in Georgia to host an entertainment industry event.
Known to fans as “The Transgender Diva,” Favors appeared on multiple episodes of MTV’s Love and Hip Hop: New York as well as on Zeus Network’s Baddies ATL and Baddies South. She also had small roles on Showtime’s The Chi and Fox’s Star and Empire.
