Meghan Markle cooks and connects with friends in the trailer for her new Netflix cooking and lifestyle series With Love, Meghan.
The streamer released the preview on Thursday, Jan. 2. The video features the actress-turned-royal chopping vegetables and whipping up a gourmet meal.
“I’ve always loved taking something pretty ordinary and elevating it,” she says in the video.

Later, she decorates, slices, and plates a layered cake as an impressed Mindy Kaling quips, “What! This is probably one of the most glamorous moments of my life.”
In addition to Kaling, guests will include chef Roy Choi, food writer Alice Waters, and other celebrities.
Prince Harry also makes a brief appearance in the trailer.
In a press release, Netflix claims Markle “reimagines” the lifestyle genre by “blending practical how-to’s and candid conversation” with her friends.
The series was set to debut on Jan. 15, but got delayed because of the Los Angeles wildfires.
Per Netflix, Meghan and her guests will “roll up their sleeves in the kitchen, the garden, and beyond,” and invite viewers to do the same.
In an interview with People, Meghan revealed the show was filmed at a nearby rental property instead of at her family home in Montecito, California.
“I wanted to protect that safe haven,” she explained. “We’re a close-knit family, and I love those moments — putting Lili down for a nap, having lunch together, having sacred time together at the end of the day. Our kitchen is where Mama just cooks for the family, and with a crew of 80-plus people, that’s a lot of people to have in your house!”
Still, she said her husband and children were involved in the production process.
“Archie did the [filming clapboard], sweet moments,” she said. “They would also come with my husband and visit me on-set, and I loved that my children were able to watch me working and see the balance of that and understand what Mama does and is working to create and share. It was really special because up until then, they hadn’t seen me at work.”
With Love, Meghan consists of eight 33-minute episodes, and is executive produced by Markle through her Archewell Productions, along with The Intellectual Property Corporation (IPC), which is a part of Sony Pictures Television.
Chanel Pysnik, Aaron Saidman, and Eli Holzman are also executive producers. Leah Hariton is showrunner and Michael Steed directs the series.
