In a matter of weeks, Tyler Perry’s Divorced Sistas has become the most-watched original series in BET+ history.
The drama follows five friends — Rasheda, Geneva, Naomi, Tiffany and Bridgette, who are all dealing with relationship woes at some stage of divorce, marriage, or dating.
Letoya Luckett stars as Rasheda, wife of Pastor Jefferson, played by DeVon Franklin.
The cast also includes Khadeen Indréa, Porscha Coleman, Briana Price, Jennifer Sears, RonReaco Lee, Donovan Christie Jr., and Robert Christopher Riley.

In a press release on Wednesday, July 2, BET announced some of the show’s big wins:
-The drama debuted on June 10 and was the most-watched series premiere since the service launched in September 2019.
-The show has driven 415,000 new subscription starts, becoming the third most successful driver in that metric for the streamer.
-On social media, the series has garnered a massive 46.8 million video views, with 23.4 million minutes watched across BET’s social channels.
BET+ thanked viewers for driving the record numbers with a post on the X platform today, saying: “To our incredible fans: Thank you.”
To raise awareness ahead of the series premiere, sister network BET aired the first episode right after the 2025 BET Awards on Monday, June 9. The numbers show the strategy worked.
From Tyler Perry Studios, the series is created, written, and directed by Tyler Perry, who also serves as an executive producer.
New episodes drop every Thursday on BET+, with the first half of the season concluding on Thursday, July 24.
