Long-Awaited Omarion Series ‘Wild Rose’ Gets Premiere Date on AllBlk

Omarion takes on a role as a hitman with a conscience in the new AllBlk series Wild Rose.

The singer executive produces the crime drama and leads the cast as “Roosevelt” aka “Rose,” a killer from a family of assassins that just happens to run a non-profit organization. Behind closed doors, the organization’s real mission is to take down high-profile targets.

Wild Rose was initially announced in October 2024, as previously reported. At the time, AllBlk said production was getting underway in Los Angeles. The 8-episode original series is now set to premiere on March 12.

According to the show’s official description, “Rose’s world is turned upside down when his wife and daughter mysteriously walk out of his life. He suspects foul play and finds himself questioning everything and everyone. As he embarks on a journey to uncover the truth, he starts to unravel a web of secrets that force him to question his identity within his own family.”

Omarion, born Omari Grandberry, is best known for his hit R&B singles with boy band B2K and later as a solo artist.

The Inglewood, California native’s previous acting credits include the film You Got Served (2004), and the TV shows Ugly Betty, Let’s Stay Together, The Bernie Mac Show and Grown-ish. He also appeared on the reality series Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood.

Omarion’s new series is created by Deji LaRay (Johnson and Escaping Paradise). In addition to Omarion, executive producers include Michelle Le Fleur and LaRay for Omarion Worldwide LLC. Dale S. Lewis and Erik White serve as directors.
