All eyes will be on Snoop Dogg when the clock hits halftime during the NFL’s Christmas Gameday live on Netflix.
On Tuesday, Dec. 16, the streamer announced Snoop will headline a halftime party live from U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota on Dec. 25.
“NFL, Netflix and your uncle Snoop on Christmas Day? We’re servin’ up music, love and good vibes for the whole world to enjoy. That’s the kind of holiday magic Santa can’t fit in a bag,” Snoop Dogg said in a statement.

The Long Beach rapper says he’ll spice things up with West Coast flavor, chart-topping tracks, and surprise celebrity guests.
“Christmas Gameday just got a whole lot cooler. We’re uniting two global cultural juggernauts, the NFL and the one and only Snoop Dogg, who will drop the hottest halftime show,” added Netflix’s Chief Content Officer Bela Bajaria. “We’re ready to drop it like it’s hot this holiday celebration!”
Last year, Netflix kicked off its first Christmas Gameday with Beyoncé performing at halftime during the Ravens-Texans game in Houston.
The game averaged 24.3 million viewers in the U.S. and the early Chiefs-Steelers game averaged 24.1 million, according to Nielsen figures. The audience peaked at halftime during the “Beyoncé Bowl,” with over 27 million viewers watching. That set a new NFL streaming record, per Nielsen.
This year, Netflix is bringing in two coaches from The Voice to help get the party started.
Kelly Clarkson will headline the show open with her festive hit “Underneath the Tree.” Then, Snoop Dogg and friends will take the stage at halftime.
Pregame coverage begins at 11am ET, followed by an NFL doubleheader showcasing NFC division rivals facing-off.
Dallas Cowboys vs. Washington Commanders @ 1 PM ET.
Detroit Lions vs. Minnesota Vikings @ 4:30 PM ET.
Continuing the tradition started in 2024, the Netflix Christmas Day games will air on CBS affiliates in the competing team cities, and will also be available on U.S. mobile devices with NFL+.
Snoop Dogg’s Holiday Halftime Party is produced by Jesse Collins Entertainment. CBS Sports will produce the games, with NFL Media producing the pre, post, and halftime programming. EverWonder Studio will executive produce NFL Christmas Gameday.
