Lil Nas X has been charged with four felonies after he was arrested last week for allegedly charging at officers during a bizarre, naked stroll down the middle of a Los Angeles street at 4 a.m.
The rapper, real name Montero Hill, was charged with three counts of battery with injury on a police officer and one count of resisting executive officer, a spokesperson with the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office said in a statement to Urban Hollywood 411.
Hill was arraigned at the Van Nuys Courthouse, and pleaded not guilty. A judge set his bail at $75,000 and ordered him to attend narcotics anonymous meetings or attend outpatient treatment.

Lil Nas X is expected to appear before a Los Angeles judge on Monday, four days after he was hospitalized and arrested for allegedly charging at LAPD officers.
The “Old Town Road” rapper, born Montero Lamar Hill, was taken into custody early Thursday morning, Aug. 21, after being recorded walking down a nearly-empty Ventura Boulevard in the Studio City neighborhood, wearing only white underwear and white cowboy boots.
Video published by TMZ showed the rapper laughing, parading around, and stopping to pose for the person recording the footage. People living in the area called 911 and reported a “nude man walking in the street.”
A video later posted to social media showed the 26-year-old rapper in the middle of the street completely nude and yelling the lyrics of a song as a pickup truck drove by.

The LAPD responded and the Grammy-winning performer was taken to a hospital for a possible drug overdose and booked for battery after the department said he “charged at officers and was taken into custody.”
Lil Nas X’s reps did not respond to Urban Hollywood 411‘s request for comment.
According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s online inmate information center, the rapper was booked into the LAPD’s Valley Jail. Immediately after his arrest, the information center listed the count against him as a misdemeanor but it was later upgraded to a felony. No bail amount had been set at publication time.
Lil Nas X’s arrest comes as the rapper faces a string of personal challenges. In February, he shared a video on social media saying it had been a “pretty difficult” few years.
“I want to say, ’cause I don’t want you guys to feel like I’m being flaky and very, very all over the place,” he stated in the video posted to X on Feb. 19. “But, I was gone for a long time, you know? These last few years were pretty difficult for me. They have been pretty difficult for me.”
The “Industry Baby” rapper added that he wanted to have more “fun” and spend less time worrying about his songs doing well. He said his new album would be about having fun.
Lil Nas X released his EP Days Before Dreamboy in March, which includes the singles “Dreamboy, “Big Dummy,” and “Hotbox.”
Then in April, the Atlanta native was hospitalized after losing control of one side of his face.
“I can’t even laugh right,” he said at the time. The rapper never revealed the cause of his partial facial paralysis, but said it was only temporary.
