Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker are officially divorced.

The couple informed the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia that they reached a settlement on Wednesday, March 11, according to legal documents obtained by People.

They have until March 20, to submit a “final judgment” to the court outlining their parenting plan and a child support worksheet.

Kandi and Todd share two children, son Ace, 9, and daughter Blaze, 6. Each also has an older daughter from a previous relationship.

The divorce agreement came four months after The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum and the former reality TV production staffer confirmed in November that they were splitting after 11 years of marriage.

“After deep thought and a lot of prayer, I’ve made the decision to move forward with a divorce. This is a difficult and emotional time, but my focus remains on protecting my peace, being the best mother I can be, and co-parenting with love and respect,” Kandi said in a statement on Nov. 21, 2025.

Todd followed with a cryptic quote on an Instagram Story saying: “You are the CEO of your life. Hire, fire and promote accordingly.”

In the weeks after the divorce announcement, they battled over spending and Todd’s living arrangement.

In court documents obtained last month by Urban Belle, Kandi alleged Todd had not contributed financially to private school tuition, uniforms, textbooks, enrollment fees, or school supplies for their two children. She also said she covered “100 percent” of the costs for afterschool activities, including Jiu-jitsu classes, tutoring, and dance.

Kandi said Todd was living in the guest house of a home she bought before they were married, and claimed he wasn’t paying for utilities, lawn care, pest control, or the alarm system for the property.

In a response filed by his attorney, Todd claimed Kandi moved his belongings to the guest house without his consent.

He also pushed back on claims about spending, and said he was the children’s primary caregiver as Kandi hosted her podcast, managed businesses, worked on Broadway, and hosted livestreams for her Amazon “Kandi Shop.”

Kandi admitted she was working in New York, but disputed Todd’s primary caregiver claim and said she regularly flew back to Georgia. She also asked that he be forced to split the children’s expenses 50/50.

Kandi, 49, and Todd, 52, met while filming RHOA in 2011. They announced their engagement in 2013, and married the following year.

Tucker worked as a production manager on the show, while Burruss was a member of the cast from 2009 to 2024.

After marrying, they launched multiple businesses together, produced independent films and the 2022 Broadway revival of August Wilson’s The Piano Lesson.
