Five couples who previously dated will get a second chance to reconnect on the new Hallmark series Second Chance Love.

TLC singer Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas and real-life boyfriend Matthew Lawrence (Boy Meets World) will host and executive produce, Hallmark Media announced this week.

“Working with Hallmark is a dream come true because the brand represents good quality content. I’ve always been very specific about brand alignment because representation matters in every aspect of partnership,” said Chilli. “As executive producers and hosts, we can’t wait to share the inspiration behind the pursuit of true love.”

“Five couples will have a big decision to make. Will they be leaving separately or will they be leaving together?” Matthew shared in the trailer.

Matthew, 45, and Chilli, 54, started dating in 2022 following his divorce from professional dancer Cheryl Burke, according to Us magazine.

The actor and singer told Us about his relationship with the TLC songstress, “We’re just incredibly good friends. We get along. We see eye to eye on so many things.”

The two will show off their chemistry on Second Chance Love in January. Per Hallmark, the show will follow couples raging from ages 30-something to their 70s.

According to the official description, “Five pairs of first loves reunite for a two-week journey filled with nostalgia, emotional reflection, and intimate dates. Led by our hosts, they revisit their pasts, confront unfinished business, and rediscover what once brought them together.”

“Studies show that nearly 80% of reunited first loves stay together for years, often for life.” said David Stefanou, head of unscripted programming at Hallmark Media. “We’re giving couples the chance to rediscover a connection that may have never truly faded.”

The series is created by Jonathan and Meredith Sinclair and produced by Critical Content. It was filmed on location at a resort in Sardinia, Italy.

In addition to Chilli and Matthew, executive producers include Rob Lobl, Jonathan Sinclair, Meredith Sinclair, and Jonathan Singer.

Second Chance Love premieres on Hallmark+ Jan. 1, 2026.
