The most divisive episode this season on Basketball Wives is also the highest rated.
Season 12, episode 11 of the reality series aired Monday, July 21 on VH1.
The total 355,000 viewers watched, and the show scored a .08 rating in the advertiser coveted 18-49 demographic, according to Nielsen figures obtained by TV Deets.
Those were the show’s best ratings of the season, and marked an increase of 91,000 viewers from the previous week, when 264,000 fans watched and the show scored a .06 rating.

Viewers burned up social media to discuss the episode, which saw fan favorite Jackie Christie get into a physical altercation with her daughter Chantel Christie-Jeffries.
Tensions between the two had been building since Chantel joined the show’s cast this season.
Chantel berated her mom in front of her friends Brittany Renner and Denise Garcia during a group trip to Hawaii. On Monday night, Jackie and Chantel sat down to discuss their differences, twice, but each time show newcomer Chantel began to insult her mom.
At one point, Chantel said her dad, retired NBA star Doug Christie, was making plans to divorce Jackie.
“That’s why your husband is gonna leave you and your kids don’t like you,” she yelled as Jackie walked away to avoid losing her temper. The final straw came when Chantel went to Jackie’s hotel room with devastating results.
“I came back up here to tell you that going forward, we won’t be going forward. We’re done,” Chantel said.
As the situation deteriorated, Jackie said, “I want you to get up and leave my room.”
“I have zero respect for you,” Chantel told her.
Chantel walked toward the door, but turned around and continued to insult her mom.
“You’re sitting here looking f–king stupid. Look how you look as a mother,” Chantel said.
Jackie got up off the sofa, walked over to her daughter and said, “Get out of my room.”
At that point, Chantel pushed Jackie and her mom lost it. “B—h, I’ll knock you out,” Jackie yelled as she took a swing at Chantel.
“You dumbass b—h,” Chantel yelled and tried to hit Jackie with her purse. Security separated the two and prevented an all-out brawl.
Chantel looked for sympathy and told the other women “she swung on me.”
Longtime cast members Evelyn Lozada and Brandi Maxiell were stunned. Although Chantel left out the part where she pushed her mom first.
The episode also saw Brittany struggle with her faith, and a frustrated Ty Young called out Ming Lee for two-timing her with a man.
Basketball Wives airs Monday nights at 8/7c on VH1. The season 12 finale airs next week.
