The gunman who killed T-Hood earlier this month in Georgia, shot the rapper five times, according to the autopsy report.

TMZ Hip Hop viewed the Gwinnett County Medical Examiner’s report and published details on Wednesday, Aug. 20. The report included diagrams and a detailed description from police on the circumstances surrounding the shooting.

The diagrams showed the rapper had 5 entry wounds on his body — one in the upper back, one in the abdomen, another in the buttocks, and one in each thigh. The autopsy was conducted on Aug. 9.

Per TMZ‘s reporting, T-Hood pulled a gun during a “heated argument” with two other people at his Georgia home. The report said someone then opened fire on the 33-year-old rapper, born Tevin Hood.

The shooting occurred in the 3900 block of Lee Rd. in Snellville, Georgia, on Friday night, Aug. 8, as previously reported.

The Gwinnett County Police Department said in a news release that the shooting happened after a “domestic disturbance” at the home, “resulting in a female victim sustaining physical injuries.”

Police said the gunman “arrived at the residence after the physical altercation,” then he “separated himself from the residence before the shooting occurred.”

Hood died shortly after being transported to an area hospital.

“The shooter remained on scene at the time of the incident, and both the shooter and witnesses continue to cooperate with investigators,” police said.

The names of the gunman and the woman involved in the domestic dispute have not officially been released.

Although multiple media outlets have reported T-Hood lived with Kelsie Frost, daughter of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta stars Kirk and Rasheeda Frost. The gunman is said to Kelsie’s younger brother Ky Frost. No charges have been filed.

Police said in the news release that they are treating the shooting as a “possible self-defense” situation. The investigation is ongoing.

T-Hood’s mother, Yulanda Hood, has disputed the self-defense claim. In a social media post detailed by SandraRose.com, Yulanda wrote: “He was walking away and got 5 shots in his back… People this is serious. We will not let this ride. I need everyone to post up. We will not be defeated. I know you’re watching telling me to keep fighting for you. I love you my celebrity. Justice for THood.”

Home security video published online last week showed Kelsie lying on a bed and scrolling through her phone as Hood paced. He suddenly stopped, jumped on her, and tried to choke her, then the video ends.

T-Hood was best known among regional music fans after releasing the songs “War Ready,” “Girls In the Party,” and “Perculator.”
