Anthony Mackie and Jamie Dornan are joining forces for a new heist drama at Apple TV.
This week the streamer unveiled a first look at 12 12 12, an eight-episode series starring and executive produced by the two actors.
The drama is set to premiere on Nov. 13, 2026, and run weekly through Christmas day.
12 12 12 unfolds across three interconnected timelines, covering the 12 months spent planning a heist, the 12 hours as it unfolds, and the 12 days that follow — hence the title 12 12 12.
Mackie stars as a disgraced FBI agent who becomes locked in a game of cat and mouse with a career criminal played by Dornan. Their pursuit stretches across Europe and centers on a daring raid targeting a bank vault buried deep beneath the streets of Zurich, per the official description.
In the newly released teaser trailer, Mackie and Dornan note “a bank robber who’s not caught in 12 days, is not caught at all.”
Some fans jokingly said in the comments section of the trailer that the series should be released on Dec. 12, instead of in November.

Mackie most recently starred as Sam Wilson in Captain America: Brave New World. He also led the cast of the 2025 action film Desert Warrior. His breakout role was in the 2010 Best Picture Oscar-winning war drama, The Hurt Locker.
Dornan is best known for his chilling performance as serial killer Paul Spector in the British crime thriller The Fall. His other credits include BBC One series The Tourist, and the Oscar-winning 2021 film Belfast.
The two actors join Jack Kesy, Agathe Rousselle, Sallie Harmsen, José Garcia, and Kali Reis in 12 12 12.
The series was created by Dudi Appleton and Jim Keeble, who also serve as executive producers. Filmmaker Kari Skogland directs multiple episodes, including the pilot, and executive produces.
Mackie produces through his Make It With Gravy banner alongside Samantha Corbin-Miller. David Knoller and Jason Spire executive produce for Inspire Entertainment.
The series comes from Paramount Television Studios and Anonymous Content.
12 12 12 premieres globally on Friday, Nov. 13, 2026, with two episodes. New episodes will drop every Friday through Dec. 25.
