The clip shows drug boss Teresa Mendoza (Alice Braga) expanding her empire to New Orleans. She soon learns Big Easy traffickers have their own way of doing things — alligators and all.

Teresa’s right-hand man Pote (Hemky Madera) reminds her he’ll “move heaven and Earth” to keep her safe. But that may not be enough with a rival dealer warning: “I’ll be coming for blood.”

With new enemies posing new threats, Teresa will be forced to make difficult decisions that weigh heavily on her soul, USA said in a description of the new season.

The drama is based on the bestselling book La Reina Del Sur by Arturo Pérez-Reverte, and follows Teresa’s rise from a money counter in Mexico, to druglord in the U.S. after being forced to find refuge across the border. Fox 21 Television Studios and Universal Cable Productions co-produce the series.

Season 4 of Queen of the South premieres on Thursday, June 6 at 10/9c.
