Jay-Z’s Made in America Festival Adds Kendrick Lamar for ‘Very Special Set’

It’s gone be Alright – now that Kendrick Lamar has been added to the Made in America Festival lineup.

Jay-Z’s annual Labor Day weekend music fest announced the last-minute addition Monday, saying the West Coast rapper would be joining this year’s roster.

“Made in America 2018 presents a very special set by Kendrick Lamar,” the festival tweeted.

The Pulitzer Prize and Grammy-winning artist will join previously announced performers Nicki Minaj, Post Malone, Meek Mill, Diplo, Zedd, Alessia Cara and Fat Joe, just to name a few.

The two-day festival will be held in Philadelphia off the Benjamin Franklin Parkway on September 1-2.

The festival, founded by Jay-Z, is produced by Live Nation and features several stages of live music.

Each year, Made in America draws thousands of music fans to the City of Brotherly Love.

In 2014, the festival was held simultaneously in Philadelphia and Los Angeles.
