Jasmine Guy is coming back to Grey’s Anatomy for season 16.

The actress, whose TV credits include The Vampire Diaries, If Loving You Is Wrong, and A Different World, will return to the series after playing Gemma last season, Deadline reported Tuesday.

Her character previously landed in the emergency room after a freak accident, and by coincidence ran into Dr. Richard Webber, played by James Pickens Jr.
