The stars of The Lion King are facing their characters in a new set of photos.
Disney released the images Tuesday for its live-action remake, and they’re striking to say the least.
In one image, Beyoncé Knowles-Carter looks regal while she gazes at a CGI version of Nala.
In another photo, Donald Glover strikes a serious pose as he looks at his character Simba.
While Alfre Woodard flashes a hint of a smile with Sarabi.
The film co-stars Seth Rogen, Keegan-Michael Key, John Oliver, Eric André, Chiwetel Ejiofor, and James Earl Jones. Jon Favreau directs.
Disney also released a behind-the-scenes video to accompany the photos. The Lion King arrives in theaters on July 19.
