Sean “Diddy” Combs did something millions of parents are all too familiar with — getting an early start each day to take their children to school.

On Monday, the hip-hop mogul began his day at 6 a.m. by driving his 11-year-old twin daughters, Jessie James and D’Lila, to school following the death of their mother, Kim Porter, on Nov. 15.

“Today, the journey begins,” Diddy, who appeared exhausted, said to the camera in a video posted on social media. “Thank you for your prayers and support. I am now a part of the six a.m. crew.”

He captioned his message: “New day. New life, New responsibilities. Kim I got this. Just like you taught me!”

The 49-year-old rapper and Revolt cable network founder added, “I was trained by the best! #KimPorter”

He also gave a shout-out to all the single mothers — and fathers — “who have to step up and play both roles.”
