Comedian Chris Spencer is teaming up with BET+.

The writer-producer will host a new series titled All the Way Black this spring. The show centers on Spencer’s comedic routines and commentary from fellow comedians Donnell Rawlings, Slink Johnson, Affion Crockett, Torrei Hart and more.

Each episode will take viewers on a nostalgic journey through some of the most memorable moments in black culture from the 1970s, ‘80s and ‘90s.

“What made this experience so incredible for me was that I got the opportunity to reminisce, relive, love and laugh at some of my favorite childhood experiences,” Spencer said in a press release. “And I got to do it with some of black Hollywood’s funniest and brightest.”

The series is produced by the Nacelle Company. Brian Volk-Weiss, Royale Watkins and Robin Henry serve as executive producers.

All the Way Black launches on the BET+ streaming service this spring.
