Chris Brown is scheduled to perform Friday night in Tampa, Florida, after he was arrested a day earlier following a concert in nearby West Palm Beach.
The R&B singer was booked on a felony battery charge Thursday night in connection with an outstanding warrant from an incident in April 2017, when he was accused of punching a photographer at a nightclub, according to the Tampa Bay Times.
The Loyal singer was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail, and released an hour later after posting $2,000 bail.

Brown is scheduled to perform Friday night at the Mid-Florida Amphitheatre in Tampa, as part of his Heartbreak On A Full Moon Tour.
Late Thursday night, Brown took to Instagram and posted a picture of himself on stage along with the caption: “What’s NEW????? Show tomorrow!!!!”
Fans offered words of support including “back to the stage,” “savage” and “those cops need to leave you alone.”
Brown, 29, has a history of arrests. He pleaded guilty to felony assault for beating up his then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009. He was also arrested in 2016 on a charge of assault with a deadly weapon.
