The hits keep coming for rapper DaBaby and we don’t mean hit songs.

Lollapalooza dropped the “Rockstar” rapper from its Sunday lineup over comments he made about people with HIV/AIDs.

“Lollapalooza was founded on diversity, inclusivity, respect, and love,” the Chicago music festival tweeted Sunday morning. “With that in mind, DaBaby will no longer be performing at Grant Park tonight. Young Thug will now perform at 9:00pm on the Bud Light Seltzer Stage, and G Herbo will perform at 4:00pm on the T-Mobile Stage.”

DaBaby has faced backlash since last weekend when he made controversial comments about HIV/AIDS at the Rolling Loud concert in Miami.

“If you didn’t show up today with HIV, AIDS, any of them deadly sexually transmitted diseases that’ll make you die in two, three weeks, put your cellphone light up,” he said during his set.

The rapper continued by making crude remarks about women and gay men telling the audience, “Fellas, if you ain’t sucking d-ck in the parking lot, put your cellphone lighter up.”

On Tuesday, DaBaby tweeted an apology, saying his comments were “insensitive.”

“Anybody who done ever been effected by AIDS/HIV y’all got the right to be upset, what I said was insensitive even though I have no intentions on offending anybody. So my apologies, but the LGBT community… I ain’t trippin on y’all, do you. y’all business is y’all business,” he said on Twitter.

Still, the controversy continues. Menswear company BoohooMan said Wednesday it “will no longer be working with DaBaby,” just weeks after announcing their collaboration.

Several musicians have also spoken out against the rapper’s remarks. Among the critics, Elton John, who founded his Aids Foundation charity in 1992.

“We must break down the stigma around HIV and not spread it. As musicians, it’s our job to bring people together,” the music legend wrote on Instagram.

Madonna, Dua Lipa and Questlove have also condemned DaBaby’s remarks. Questlove wrote in a statement on Instagram: “Somebody Gotta say it: Homophobia/ Transphobia/Xenophobia/Misogyny/Racism — this should go w/o saying is morally wrong.”

Chris Brown, who is no stranger to controversy, seemingly chimed in on the subject as well.

“Shut the f–k up. Do yo shows, thank everybody, then get the f–k off stage!!!!!!!!!!” Brown wrote Thursday on his Instagram Story. He didn’t mention DaBaby by name, but it’s pretty obvious who he was talking about.
